The 20-year-old is a product of the former MNUFC Academy and Wayzata High School and last played for Saint Louis University. Weah is a 2017 Minnesota Soccer State Champion and 2016 runner-up, and he was named the 2017 Minnesota State Player of the Year, the 2016 All-State and All-State Tournament Team, and 2016 All-Conference. He led Wayzata High School in goals and assists as a freshman and sophomore, and he was a leading scorer for the MNUFC Academy.

Weah made his professional debut on May 1, 2021, against Austin FC. He played two games for Minnesota before being loaned to Sacramento Republic FC for the remainder of the 2021 season, where he made seven appearances. Weah was loaned to FC Tulsa, where he played in five matches, totaling 121 minutes. Before heading to Oklahoma, Weah featured seven times with MNUFC2 from April 13 to May 15, 2023. In his time with the Twos, he scored two goals and recorded two assists through 315 minutes.

Weah suffered a torn ACL in November of 2021, missing all of the 2022 season.
