C.F. Pachua (2022-23): Hinestroza featured in 46 matches with two goals and four assists for the Liga MX side over two seasons. He played a pivotal role in the club winning Liga MX’s Apertura title in 2022.  

CD America (2019-23): Hinestroza signed with CD America U-20 in Colombia’s Categoría Primera A at the start of the 2019-20 season, and in January 2020, he was loaned to Brazilian side Palmeiras U20 in the CBF Brasileiro U20 league. While in Brazil, Hinestroza appeared in 42 matches with two goals. After his loan expired, Hinestroza returned to CD America, where he appeared in one match with the club during the 2022-23 season.

Orsomarso (2018-19): Hinestroza made his professional debut with Orsomarso of Colombia’s Torneo DIMAYOR II league during the 2018-19 season, appearing in one match during his tenure with the club.
