2024: MLS NEXT Pro: Started 13 of 20 matches played this season…scored four goals and tallied first career MLS NEXT Pro assist in a 6-2 win against Atlanta United 2 on July 7…scored first career MLS NEXT Pro goal in a 4-1 win against Philadelphia Union II on June 26...earned MLS NEXT Pro Goal of Matchweek 27 with goal against Chicago Fire FC II on September 13.

2023: MLS NEXT Pro: Started one of 10 matches during season…tallied four assists…made MLS NEXT Pro debut in a 2-0 win against FC Cincinnati 2 on July 22.

2022-23: C.D. Plaza Amador: appeared in 12 matches… scored first career Liga Panamena de Futbol goal on April 6, 2023 against Portos del Este... tallied his first career assist in a 2-0 win over Tauro FC on April 23, 2023...made his debut on May 8, 2021 against Alianza FC.

YOUTH INTERNATIONAL / ACADEMY EXPERIENCE

Mosquera made his Panama National Team debut coming in as a second half sub in an international friendly match against Chile on February 9, 2025.

The midfielder has featured for the Panama’s Youth National Team on multiple occasions at the U-15, U-20 and U-23 levels. He most recently featured for U-23 Panama in friendlies against Mexico on September 6 and 9, tallying one goal.

The midfielder also represented Panama in the 2024 U-20 CONCACAF Championships where he scored three goals and tallied an assist while he captained the side and led them to the semifinals qualifying them to the FIFA U-20 World Cup for the seventh time in their nation’s history. Mosquera scored the first goal in a 2-1 quarterfinal win over Canada in the tournament.

New York Red Bulls have signed Rafael Mosquera on loan from C.D Plaza Amador on July 22, 2023 and has had loan extended to the end of the 2024 MLS NEXT Pro season on July 2, 2024.
