Stephen Turnbull

2022: One of ten players to be signed ahead of the maiden MLS NEXT Pro campaign, defender Turnbull featured in all bar one of 24 NYCFC II games and contributed at the sharp end of the pitch with five goals and four assists. With the senior squad struggling with injuries in September, the Long Island native (who captained his Stony Brook University side) was promoted to the first-team set-up on a short-term loan deal and was named on the bench against New England Revolution.
