Samuel Owusu

2022: One of three players signed to a homegrown contract in January, Owusu made 20 appearances for NYCFC II in our first MLS NEXT Pro campaign, scoring once. After being named on the first-team bench throughout the second half of the season, he made his senior debut in September with a substitute appearance against New England Revolution, and signed a new deal to 2023 with an option for further years.

2016: Joining the Club in the fall of 2016, the defender (and Riverside High School in Yonkers graduate) had been a member of the U-16 GA Cup and U-18/19 Development Academy Championship teams.
